The challenge
Prior to engaging Nation Media, Ultra Consultants’ website was built on a legacy CMS with fragmented page templates and outdated code, resulting in inconsistent layouts, slow load times, and frequent maintenance headaches. More critically, organic visitors rarely engaged beyond a single page: bounce rates hovered at unsustainably high levels, average session duration lingered in the low teens of seconds, and key conversion events—such as white-paper downloads or newsletter sign-ups—were effectively negligible.
Compounding these UX issues, the site experienced intermittent DDoS attacks that threatened uptime and undermined user trust. With over 500 pages to manage, Ultra needed a scalable solution to modernize their digital presence, improve discoverability, and transform casual browsers into qualified leads.

1. Migration to Elementor for Unified Design & Scalability
Nation Media rebuilt all 500+ pages in Elementor, creating a consistent header, footer, and module library. 2. Performance Optimization & Cloudflare Hosting
We implemented Cloudflare’s global CDN and DDoS protection to eliminate downtime and accelerate asset delivery. Images were served in next-gen formats, CSS and JavaScript were minified, and critical rendering paths were optimized—reducing page-load times by up to 50% on mobile devices.
3. Content Structure & Accessibility Enhancements
Each page was audited for on-page SEO best practices: descriptive H1/H2 headings were crafted, long-tail keywords were woven in naturally, and meaningful alt attributes were added to every image.
